A guide for a governance-based approach

Designing positive platforms was an attempt to analyse and propose five simple principles for collaborative platforms to develop shared governance. This approach is on the design of the platform’s governance, so that the matters of shared power and welfare are dealt with directly and intrinsically, by design. Shared governance would allow platform workers to co-shape the organisations through which they do their work, and so have the possibility to achieve more social protection and better working conditions.
